Our hours are: 9am - 5pm Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturday.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

When you place an order we will estimate the delivery date based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the product(s) ordered and shipment's destination.

• Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Time on weekdays, and orders received on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
• Cut-off time to receive an order for same-day shipping is 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
• All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
• Shipping is limited to U.S. Continental 48 States, Hawaii, and Alaska Only. No Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands. No International.
• We are not responsible for UPS shipping delays caused by weather, etc. Expediated shipping charges will not be reimbursed due to UPS shipping delays.
• If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, UPS may leave the package as a signature is not required.
• Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge.
• We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO's.
• We cannot deliver to Cruise ships, Planes, Trains, and Cemeteries.
